Dear Colleagues,

As you know, the situation with the Covid-19 is getting worse, and prevent us from going about our daily lives. At the moment, the only solution is avoiding contacts between people only in order to slow down the spread of virus and recommendations from WHO and the French authorities are more and more stringent in order to limit the pandemic in our environment.
In such a context, we have decided to postpone ISOS-2020 to next year 2021 (Université de Toulouse, France, 04-09 July 2021).
We will keep the scientific and social program planned for the ISOS-2020 with no modification in the panel of plenary/keynote lectures, if the speakers remain available for 2021.
We have decided to keep the registration (information and fees) for next year.

• The registered participants, who wish to transfer their participation to ISOS-2021, have nothing to do for next year.
• For those who have not yet registered but want to do it before 30 April 2020, we will guarantee their registration fees as applied for ISOS-2020, even if we change the rates next year. This may be anticipated, given the expected economic situation after this pandemic. We will keep the registration open until 30 April 2020.

For those who cannot attend the symposium in 2021 and who wish to cancel their participation, the registration fee will be reimbursed (50 € required for the refund process). The amount that you will receive as refund will be: Academic: 550 €, Post-doc: 250 €, Student: 200 €, Industrial person: 850 €
We feel sorry for any inconveniences due to the cancellation and thank you warmly for your understanding. We wish you and your family the best in this difficult situation and hope to see you in good conditions at Toulouse in 2021.
