  OLED (organic light emitting diode)´Â Â÷¼¼´ë µð½ºÇ÷¹ÀÌ ¼ÒÀڷμ­ °¢±¤À» ¹Þ°í ÀÖÀ¸¸ç ±×Áß ±¸ºÎ¸±¼ö ÀÖ´Â µð½ºÇ÷¹À̸¦ ±¸ÇöÇϱâ À§Çؼ­´Â ºÀÁöÁ¦ Çöó½ºÆ½ ±âÁúÀÇ ±âüÀ庮¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ ¿¬±¸°¡ ¸Å¿ì Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù.   ºÀÁöÁ¦´Â ƯÈ÷ ¼öÁõ±â Åõ°úÀ²(water vapor transmission rate, WVTR)ÀÌ Áß¿äÇѵ¥ ÀϹÝÀûÀ¸·Î OLED¿ë À¸·Î 10-5 - 10-6 g/m2 dayÀÌ ¿ä±¸µÇ¸ç LCD¿ëÀ¸·Î 10-2 g/m2 day°¡ ¿ä±¸µÇ´Âµ¥ °³¹ßµÈ ½Ç¸®Ä« °íºÐÀÚ/ºÎ±â ÇÏÀ̺긮¸Ó´Â 90% ÀÌ»óÀÇ ±¤Åõ°úÀ²°ú 0.24 g/m2 dayÀÇ WVTRÀ» °¡Áö°í ÀÖ¾î ±âÁ¸¿¡ º¸°íµÈ 0.68 g/m2 day º¸´Ù WVTRÀÌ ¿ì¼öÇÏ¿© ºÀÁöÁ¦ÀÇ ¼ö¸íÀ» ´õ¿í ¿¬Àå½Ãų ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù°í º¸°íÇÏ¿´´Ù. ½Ç¸®Ä« ¹«°Ôºñ ÇÔ·®¿¡ µû¶ó ½Ç¸®Ä« ÇÔ·®ÀÌ Áõ°¡ÇÒ¼ö·Ï º¹ÇÕü¿¡¼­ÀÇ ½Ç¸®Ä«³ª³ëÀÔÀÚÀÇ ÀÀÁýÇö»óÀÌ ÁÙ¾îµé¾úÀ¸¸ç °í¸¥ Å©±â ºÐÆ÷µµ¸¦ º¸¿© ÁÖ¾úÀ¸¸ç 100% ¹«°ÔºñÀÇ ³ôÀº ½Ç¸®Ä« ÇÔ·®¿¡¼­µµ 90%ÀÌ»óÀÇ ±¤Åõ°úµµ¸¦ º¸¿© ÁÖ¾ú´Ù.
